ZMF-AF series is a kind of pre-cooked starch. The pregelatinization gives the origin starch with the cold soluble ability to widely use in food application, especially in baked and instant drinking.

Functionality:

1. It is cold water soluble and can be used as the thickener.
2. Its adhesive performance, stability level are adjusted by the request of the customers.
3. It is used as a food adhesive or food filler.

Application dosage:   Depends on client’s need, 4%~10% in general

Storage and Handling:  Store in a dry, clean, well-ventilated warehouse, and away from odorous materials.

Safety:  Excessive dusting is flammable and explosive
