Pregelatinized Starch / Cold Water Soluble Starch

Pregelatinizing is a physical modified process which use heating system to change the properties of native starch to be used widely in food processing.

ZIH MAO’s Pregel starch is a kind of clean label starch without chemical additive. It is safer, simple and more stable than other food additives.

Shelf life:              12 months under normal warehouse condition.

Functionality:

  1. It is cold water soluble and can be used as the thickener.
  2. Its adhesive performance, stability level are adjusted by the request of the customers.
  3. It is used as a food adhesive or food filler.

Application dosage:   Depends on client’s need, 4%~10% in general

Storage and Handling:  Store in a dry, clean, well-ventilated warehouse, and away from odorous materials.

Safety:  Excessive dusting is flammable and explosive
