Pregelatinized Starch / Cold Water Soluble Starch
Pregelatinizing is a physical modified process which use heating system to change the properties of native starch to be used widely in food processing.
ZIH MAO’s Pregel starch is a kind of clean label starch without chemical additive. It is safer, simple and more stable than other food additives.

Functionality:
- It is cold water soluble and can be used as the thickener.
- Its adhesive performance, stability level are adjusted by the request of the customers.

Application dosage: Depends on client’s need, 4%~10% in general
