ZMRPS series are the starch based oil repellent without any PFOA/PFOS because of human health concern. It is suitable for pulp molding application to achieve the oil-proof performance. Not only be eco-friendly but also provide good oil-resistant property while applying in papermaking. Meanwhile, the paper strength is also improved by using ZMRPS series.
PRODUCT DETAILS:
1. Appearance: white or yellow powder
2. Moisture: < 14%
3. pH value: 6.0-7.5 in R.O water
4. Viscosity: 3000-4000cps
5. Toxicity: No health hazard at normal handling for industrial use
6. Package: 25kgs/ paper bag ; 500, 600, 800, 850kgs/jumbo bag
7. Shelf Life: under normal warehouse storage condition and undamaged for 12 months.
