That’s where we come in. At Zihmao, we developed a Starch Based Adhesive specifically for corrugated board production. Our Starch Based Adhesive delivers good tack and smooth flow to meet many different dimention of productions.
ZMCA-101 and ZMCA-102 are stein-hall glue models, suitable for medium- to high-speed paper machines. The formula is flexible and customers can adjust the glue ratio according to production and quality conditions.
Other additives can also be added. This glue has good adhesion, no glue throwing, and no over-sizing.

Easy to operate, no additional chemicals required
When using ZMAD-SH series glue, you only need to follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) to complete the glue preparation, and there is no need to add any additional chemicals during the process . This simplifies the operation and reduces potential risks.
Ensuring the best results: Mixing equipment recommendations
To ensure uniform glue and achieve the best bonding effect, we recommend that your factory be equipped with basic stirring equipment . This will make the glue preparation process more in line with the characteristics of the ZMAD-SH series glue.
Important note: This product is not suitable for hand-held mixing glue preparation.
